I’m a clinical psychologist, it has always been my calling to help people thrive and be at peace with themselves.
I was interested by the human mind before even understanding the complexity behind it. Since I was young, I’ve had the ability of understanding the people around me, showing empathy and connecting easily with them.
When I discovered how overwhelming and painful it could be to suffer alone, I realized I could really help people overcome their issues and circumstances, using my sensibility and interpersonal skills.
After 10 years of experience and education, I have become the (online) clinical psychologist I’ve always wanted to become, and I’m here to help you overcome the obstacles that are stopping you from thriving in this life.
Being fluent in English has allowed me to help people that find themselves far from home or in some city where they don’t feel comfortable with the local language.

To live in harmony with yourself, you must accept that you are your top priority. Taking care of yourself is not a privilege, it is your right and your responsibility towards yourself. We often surpass our psychological limits because we don’t know where they stand or how to communicate them.

My approach as an online professional psychologist is based on empathy and therapeutic adaptability. I have the innate skill to connect with people, which results in my clients feeling comfortable to open up and perceive our therapeutic relationship as a healthy example of communication, based on closeness, warmth and confidence.
I’ve dedicated many years to build a solid learning base and having a vast professional experience. My resume includes a master in Clinical Psychologist, during which I ran workshops in Social Services and prison’s facilities.
I completed my training with the enabling Máster General Sanitario (UCM) and a Positive Psychology Master (IEPP), on top of completing specialization courses on Personality disorders (AEFDP) and Third Generation Therapies (NBPsicología – 2023). I’m also an expert in Psychological intervention with Gender-Based Violence victims, a second level-trained therapist in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
I still enroll in actualization and courses to keep growing as a psychologist. We evolve, as science and therapy do, therefore I never stop learning, to be the best help I can be for you.
I have more than 7 years of experience as a therapist giving psychological support to families, couples and adults in the UCM Psychology Unit, in two private clinics in Madrid. I
have also been a coach for 4 years, in consulting companies focused on the improvement of their employees’ mental health.
Besides, I’ve collaborated with research teams within an association that studies and fights against the stigma of mental health, an association for Gender-based violence victims (Asociación MUM) and I’ve given lectures about different topics at private clinics and at the UCM.
